European Laboratory for Immersive Neurotechnologies (LENI)

LENI is the European Laboratory of Immersive Neurotechnologies.  World pioneer in the use and development of the latest technologies in Virtual Reality, Sensory Stimulation and Behavioral Measurement applied to Marketing, Management, Design and Architecture among others. From a scientific point of view, our goal is to understand and classify relevant aspects of human activity, combining this information with technology to improve human capacities and quality of life. From a technological point of view, our goal is to improve interactive technologies such as mixed realities, natural user interface or intelligent mobile gadgets, developing new algorithms, methods and techniques to monitor human activity in a non-intrusive way.

José Antonio Diego-Más

Industrial Engineer and Full Professor of the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería del Diseño at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. He doctorated in 2006 for his work on the application of Artificial Intelligence in Engineering processes. Since then he has focused his research on the application of these techniques to design human-oriented, both in the field of Industrial Design as ergonomics, lines that continues to investigate. He has directed two doctoral thesis and more than 50 career final projects and master theses. In addition, he has participated and directed several research projects and has published several articles in scientific journals and at international conferences.

Jorge Alcaide-Marzal

Industrial Engineer and Full Professor of the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería del Diseño at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. Doctorated in 2004 for his work on innovation processes in product development in the footwear sector. His research focuses on the application of new technologies on innovation in product development, the analysis of user-product interaction and creativity. He has directed four doctoral theses and over 70 career final projects and master theses. In addition, he has participated in several research projects and has published several articles in scientific journals and at international conferences.
